Following the death of two teenagers that had attended HARD Summer music festival, Los Angeles County began to propose new laws and regulations on the dance music scene in the county. Yesterday the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors voted and approved the formation of an “Electronic Music Task Force” that would provide recommendations on how to make electronic music festivals safer for attendees.
