Dancing Astronaut – EDM, trap, techno, deep house, dubstep
The Gaslamp Killer and company are back to host the second annual Low End Theory Festival, and this year, the Los Angeles-based weekly party-turned-festival is boasting a deep lineup stocked with talent. Low End Theory has partnered with event giant Goldenvoice, aiming to up the ante and offer up a different roster of artists than most other summer lineups we’ve seen this year.
Flying Lotus, Thundercat, and Earl Sweatshirt will hold down headlining slots, with scheduled performances by Teebs, JonWayne, Daedelus, and Ras G, along with a handful of others, covering an ultra-diverse blend of sounds. Low End Theory is a weekly blend of the most eclectic sounds out there, bringing jazz, hip-hop and electronic music together at one of LA’s most in-demand parties. Hosted by the Gaslamp Killer, the event wouldn’t be complete without performances by GLK and the rest of Low End’s weekly residents, Daddy Kev, Nocando, Nobody, and D-Styles.
Taking place at LA’s Shrine Expo Hall on August 8th, Low End Theory is tapping back into the festival market in a big way with their second annual event, now with Goldenvoice’s support.
